“My hair is fine and on the thin side so I use volumizing products to add lift. This foam or mousse adds lots of volume but yet keeps my hair manageable. The foam is light and airy so you do have to add a good amount to get the whole head covered. I apply mostly to the top and sides of my head and not so much on the bottom. I like that it is not sticky. Even when using the matching hairspray I don’t get stickiness. I don’t wash my hair every day so prefer it not to feel sticky so I can better style it the days I don’t wash it. I highly recommend”
“Since I’ve switched to this hairspray I won’t ever buy over the counter hairspray again!! This hairspray is great for everyday use. It holds for 8 hours, great for fine hair plus, you can create your own volume. If you pull a section of your hair up and spray that section (wait for it to become tacky) then let go you get great volume!! Bonus you can still easily brush your hair with the hairspray being in your hair with out the pain or struggle!! Seriously great purchase!!”
“I’ve been using Matrix products for a long time and the best hair spray is the Amplify Flexible Hold. You can spray it once a day and it holds all day long. You can get a comb through it with a little bit of effort not like the ones that you spray and end up crying when you try to comb it. Although, one spray in the morning will take you all day and maybe if you are going out at night a refresher to keep it through the night. A bit pricey for hairspray, yes, however, it does the job the best so it is worth the money. And it lasts!”
