  • Streaky Bacon: 5 Rashers (sliced into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 Onion (peeled & diced)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (deseeded & chopped)
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (deseeded & chopped)
  • 1 Red Chilli (chopped finely) (optional)
  • 1 Green Chilli (chopped finely) (optional)
  • Garlic: 2 Cloves (peeled & minced)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Dark Soy Sauce: 2 Tbsp
  • Salt: 1/4 Tsp
  • Lemon Juice: From 1/2 Lemon
